Timing of the Tournament
In the past 18U teams start on Monday and end on Saturday
16U start on Tuesday and end on Friday
14U,12U, and 10U start on Tuesday and end on Saturday.
Cost/Expenses
Team Registration Fee (approximately $50 per player)
Calculated by registration fee divided by the number of players participating
Team Fees 18U -- $500* 5-6 Games March 19-24
16U -- $450* 4 Games Guaranteed March 20-23
14U -- $475* 5 Games Guaranteed March 20-24
10U/12U -- $425* 4 Games Guaranteed March 20-23
Teams play only one game per day
Discounts * Teams can earn a $100 Rebate if the stay a sponsor hotel
Player Registration Fee (this is in addition to the team registration fee)
There is a $30 Player Fee

All players must have a supervising adult in their room. Players may stay anywhere
they wish. These arrangements have been made for the convenience of the family.
You must make your reservation by March 1, 2012.
Food and other expenses (all the responsibility of the player) (estimate $20 per day)
Transportation
The responsibility of the player you are encouraged to car pool. If you ride in
someone else car we ask that you share in the fuel cost ($30-$35 per person
recommended)
