Uniforms and Important Parent Meetings Next Week

We will be holding parents meetings next week. One parent from each family is asked to attend the parents meeting for their child's respective team. Uniforms will also be handed out at the parent meetings

October 23 - All Girls playing Basketball will have there Parent Meeting October 23 Tuesday 7:30pm at St Michaels Academy in Bryan.

October 25 - All High School Boys teams will have there Parent Meeting October 25 Thursday 7:30pm at St Michaels Academy in Bryan. This includes Freshman 14U Boys, JV Boys, South 16U, and North 18U boys parents.

12U Boys and jr High team Mark Schulz will notify the parents when their parents meeting will be held.

Parking at the Recreation Center Get You Permit Ahead ofTime Online!!! You will have two options when parking. You will only need to pay for parking on Friday. Parking on Saturday is free in Lot 100J

Friday Parking Option 1 $15.00: PAY-AND-DISPLAY MACHINES. Cost for 1 day $15.00 - In parking lot 100J there is a pay station where you can pay at the station and then park anywhere in lot 100J. 100J is the parking lot that we have used in the past, which is located between the Texas A&M University Rec Center and Olsen Baseball Stadium. Friday Parking Option 2 $5.00: PRE-PAID TEMPORARY PARKING. Takes approximately 24 hours, do not try to do this option at the last minute. Cost for 1 day $5.00 – You can pre-pay for a parking permit for Lot 100J online. In addition to the hourly rate facilities, visitors may choose to pre-pay for daily parking by logging in to My Account with their NetID. Visitors without an existing account must first create an account. Do not wait until the last minute. It could take approximately 24 hours to receive your confirmation and login id. YOU MUST CHOOSE ONE OF THESE OPTIONS LISTED ABOVE. WE WILL NOT BE COLLECTING MONEY AND GIVING OUT PARKING PERMITS THIS YEAR. A PARKING TICKET FOR NOT HAVING A PERMIT WILL COST AT LEAST $40.00. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR TICKET.

BVCHEA Basketball to hold the 8th Annual C What You Got Tournament

The tournament will be November 2 and 3 at the Texas A&M University Rec Center. Our HS North 18U, HS South 16U, JV Boys, 14U Boys, Varsity Girls and 14U Girls are planning to participate in the tournament.
