Mid-Week National Tournaments with a few corrections

Mid-Week National Tournaments

All Americans (Wednesday Night)
Tonight we got to watch Jon Allen and Sarah Postma play in the All American player game during the National Tournament Showcase at the Missouri State University Hammon Gymnasium. James Ham was named to the All American Honorable Mention List, Sarah Postma 3rd Team All American and Jon Allen 2nd Team All American. These are recognized as being in the Top 10% of all Home School Players

Teams Brackets Established
12U Boy are playing in 6A
This team is in the top bracket which means they are in the top 8 teams in the Nation. They played a valiant first game for their bracket today. The last two minutes of the game they had to play with only 4 players because 3 of the team members had fouled out. With 4 players on the court Cody Gilliland tied the game with less than 10 seconds left in the game. The Illinois team threw-up a NBA 3 pt shot with less than 1 second left in the game and it went in. What a heart-break. I was so proud of the way these young boys played and handled themselves in a Christ-like Manner.

16U Boys 4A They won their first game against N. Metro Blazers, MN

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays were the seeding games to determine which brackets they will play in. The rest of the teams will be playing their first bracket game tomorrow (Thursday)
14U Boys 4A
18A Boys 2A
18A Girls 3A
